JC Pilates combines Traditional and Contemporary Pilates exercises that tone and condition the whole body and improve your general health and wellbeing through this mindful movement method.

Studio Session bookings require an initial consultation session first. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals and medical history which will be used to create your Pilates program. Initial Consult bookings can be made below via the Class Fit app.

With a maximum of 2 people the session is intimate and individualised, using a mix Pilates equipment to support or challenge your practice.
Please note, the studio sessions are full, but you can join the waitlist for upcoming available sessions.
1:1 session using the Pilates reformer, a traditional piece of Pilates equipment.
Ideal for those who require extra support or if you simply prefer to have 1:1 guidance.
With personalised programs designed to help you reach your movement goals, studio sessions can meet you at any stage of life; pre/post natal, active aging, rehabilitation or to improve fitness and athletic performance. Please note, the studio sessions are full, but you can join the waitlist.
